Cedar Plank Project - Bowl

In my Grade 10 Tech Design class I decided to make a wooden bowl for my cedar plank project. I was given a cedar plank to work with and after looking at different ideas I planned on making a  rectangular bowl. Although a couple days before my project was due my bowl broke while sanding it. In the span of 2 days, I decided to make another circular bowl. I took what I had learnt while making my previous bowl and carefully cut and laminated my new bowl. I managed my time wisely, went before and after school and got the project sanded and oiled in time! I had a lot of fun making this project and I was very proud with the final result.

1. Cedar Plank
   
2. Scroll Saw
3. Wood Glue & Clamps
4. Sanding Tools
5. Beeswax and Mineral Oil (50-50 combo)
